Big Men is a store offering its products online and on Allegro.\

Our job was to prepare an online store, integrate PrestaShop, Allegro ad Baselinker, as well as create one product warehouse. The next stage was product import and development of a comprehensive sales and shipping process, taking into account new and existing solutions. The proposed process involves a joint warehouse, elimination of duplicated products, continuous update of warehouse stock levels on all sales channels and automating many operations that have been done manually before.
