Projectic offers flexible collaboration tailored to the needs of each client. Moreover, we provide open collaboration billed on an hourly basis, ensuring precise adjustment of the scope of work to current requirements.
Additionally, our team operates outside standard office hours (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM). This allows us to complete tasks in non-standard timeframes – details are determined individually. Besides hourly collaboration, we also offer pre-packaged hour bundles and services. These provide comprehensive support under attractive conditions.

Our offer packages are tailored to your needs
Maintenance Package
This package is designed for website maintenance and ensuring its reliable operation. Within the package, we offer:
- Backups: Regular creation and storage of 3-4 backups of the site from the last 2-3 months. These are stored in a secure environment outside the client’s infrastructure. This ensures quick response in case of virus attacks or delayed issues.
- Periodic updates: At least once a month, we perform system and plugin updates. This helps resolve any technical issues arising from these changes.
- Priority support: Quick response in urgent situations, such as breaches or critical changes on the site.
- Security tests: Regular OWASP tests to detect and report potential security vulnerabilities.
- SSL Verification: We verify SSL certificates and provide reminders about upcoming expirations.
Furthermore, we take responsibility for the correct operation of the site within the package’s scope. However, this applies only if changes are consulted with us and not made without our knowledge.
Hourly Packages
For clients seeking flexible support, we offer hourly packages. Within the purchased hours, we implement any changes not related to maintenance. For example, adding products, configuring tools, or making visual or functional changes to the site. Unused hours carry over to the next month (up to 3 months).
Hourly packages are a cost-effective support option, offering a lower hourly rate than the basic rate. Details of each package can be found in the price list. Our packages can be purchased for a minimum period of 3 months.
