Cooperation with techVIGO included the transfer of techVIGO and Navigo services to a new server and administration of company virtual servers and services.
We continuously provide support for TourDesk users (through helpdesk), including the process of handling applications. Cooperation with techVIGO also involves assistance in the field of e-mail support, server backup and day-to-day support, including guaranteed response time to failures.
