As part of our collaboration, we carried out the modernization and optimization of the accounting management panel, focusing on improving its functionality and increasing efficiency. This process involved identifying and eliminating existing errors, as well as significantly reducing the loading time of both the entire panel and its individual modules.

At the client’s request, we also implemented the following actions:

• Form customization: We updated the form templates, adapting them to the requirements of the client.
• User role functionality enhancement: We added the functionality to create and edit user roles.
• Speed optimization: We optimized the overall speed of the panel.
• Process customization: We tailored the processes for report processing and data import within the system to meet the client’s specific needs.

An interesting challenge was the creation of two new tabs in the panel: one for analyzing distinctions and another for data analysis.

• Distinction analysis tab: This allows for intuitive monitoring of single and album distinctions, categorized by artist and title, in relation to the established distinction thresholds and required percentages. This enables the client to quickly assess the status of individual albums and singles, compare them against the set thresholds and with each other, facilitating a thorough situation analysis.
• Data analysis tab: Designed for internal use, it allows for a comprehensive analysis of rates, broken down by distributors, as well as individual tracks and albums.

These changes have significantly improved the functionality of the panel, enabling the client to manage data more effectively and make better business decisions.
