The client needed a new, refreshed website based on WordPress. The previous website required modernization, both technically and visually. Therefore, the goal was to build an up-to-date website with a refreshed design and a convenient editing experience.

Content migration was also an important part of the project. The client already had an existing website, so we needed to move the content to the new version. At the same time, the content had to fit the new structure and the new graphic design.

Another key requirement was independent content editing after launch. Therefore, we used our company WordPress template based on intuitive ACF fields. Thanks to this, the website is not a rigid layout but a flexible tool for future growth.

Scope of work

First, we analyzed the graphic design and the structure of the old website. Next, we prepared the new website on an up-to-date WordPress system. As a result, the client received a modern and stable foundation for further work.

Then, we implemented the refreshed visual design. We transferred layouts, sections, and visual elements from the design into a working website. At the same time, we made sure the website stayed clear, organized, and easy to use.

After that, we migrated the content. We moved materials from the old website and adjusted them to the new layouts. Thanks to this, the client kept the most important information but presented it in a fresher and better-structured way.

Finally, we prepared the backend so the client could manage content independently. We used ACF fields and divided them into sections that match the content structure of each page. As a result, editing is simple and does not require working directly with code.

We divided ACF fields into sections that match the website content. Thanks to this, the admin panel is logical and easy to understand. The client can clearly see which field controls each part of the page.

This solution makes everyday editing easier. Moreover, it reduces the risk of accidentally breaking the page layout. As a result, the client can update content independently while the website keeps a consistent appearance.
