The client is a charity foundation focused on sport and a healthy lifestyle. They run amateur leagues and tournaments, so they needed a clear and trustworthy website. At the same time, they organize events for adults and children, therefore an easy-to-update calendar was essential. In addition, they run educational campaigns and fundraising actions, so a structured blog was required. Moreover, the website had to match the foundation’s branding and meet basic SEO requirements.

Scope of work

First, we built the website based on materials provided by the client. Next, we предложed three template options, and the client selected the final one. Then, we adjusted the template to the foundation’s branding within the template’s capabilities. In addition, we delivered a Polish language version of the website. At the same time, we prepared essential SEO structure, including clean URLs and a proper heading hierarchy. Moreover, we implemented a blog with categories and a post listing. We also added an events calendar with options to create and edit events. Finally, we implemented a gallery of people involved in the project, with photos and descriptions. As part of the delivery, we provided hosting for the first 12 months.

What we delivered

1) Template-based website aligned with branding

We launched the website using a selected template, so the delivery was efficient and predictable. At the same time, we aligned colors, typography, and key UI elements with the foundation’s branding. As a result, the website looks consistent and professional.

2) Blog with categories and post listing

We implemented a blog, because the foundation publishes educational and community content. In addition, we added categories and a clear list of posts, so visitors can find topics quickly. Moreover, this structure supports future growth, because new content can be added in an organized way.

3) Editable events calendar

We added an events calendar, because the foundation regularly runs tournaments, sports classes, and family events. Therefore, the team can add and edit events without technical support. As a result, visitors always see an up-to-date schedule, and participation becomes easier to plan.

4) Team and contributors gallery

We implemented a gallery of people involved in the initiative. Each profile includes a photo and a short description, so the foundation can present the team clearly. In addition, this section builds trust, because it highlights the people behind the mission.

5) Essential SEO foundations

We prepared a clean link structure, therefore the website is easier to navigate and easier to understand for search engines. At the same time, we ensured a logical heading structure, so content hierarchy remains clear. As a result, the website has a solid foundation for ongoing SEO and future content expansion.

Results

In the end, we delivered a complete foundation website based on the provided materials. At the same time, we maintained brand consistency, so the online presence feels cohesive. Moreover, we implemented a blog, an editable events calendar, and a team gallery, therefore the website supports ongoing communication and event promotion. In addition, we prepared essential SEO structure, so the foundation can grow visibility over time.
