We implemented a PrestaShop store for Cloudshop and connected it with enova365. The scope included product and inventory synchronization and preparing the system to support loyalty programs. The cooperation developed into ongoing support and further development of the sales environment.

A store connected to business processes

Online sales require more than a website with a catalog. It also matters where product data comes from, how availability is updated and how the store connects to the company’s business software. Integrating PrestaShop with enova365 was an important part of the Cloudshop project.

We built the store using materials supplied by the client. Website implementation and back-office integration formed a connected scope of work covering the catalog and inventory.

Development after launch

We have supported Cloudshop from the beginning of our cooperation. Subsequent work also covers day-to-day catalog management. One example is category and customer-group handling within individual store contexts: category visibility and group assignments need to reflect how sales are organized.

This cooperation combines feature development with maintenance of the existing solution. It allows us to address specific operational issues and adapt the store to the team’s evolving needs.
