We developed a custom system supporting a company’s property management and real estate sales. The application combines listings, inquiries and transactions with team tools and a client portal. The scope also included an online preliminary-agreement signing process and online payments.

A process extending beyond property listings

Real estate sales require coordination across several stages: property information, investor and client contact, sales oversight and settlement. The process depends not only on presenting an offer but also on organizing data and team responsibilities.

Our task was to build an application tailored to the company’s workflow. The system supports property management and the sales process, with functionality for different user groups.

What did the application include?

• Properties and data organization: adding and categorizing listings and managing property information.
• Inquiries: generating individual and group inquiries.
• Reporting and settlements: preparing custom reports and handling financial-flow settlements.
• Transactions: organizing and assigning them based on specified data.

Client portal, preliminary agreements and online payments

An important part of the project was implementing an online preliminary-agreement signing process and payment functionality in the client portal. This extends the application’s role: clients can participate in subsequent stages within an environment connected to sales handling.

This describes the application features delivered. Contract formalities and the agreement process remain specific to the arrangements established for the client.

Technology tailored to the organization

The project uses Laravel and PHP, together with interface technologies including Vue and JavaScript. The solution also uses a REST API. Technology serves the defined information flow, roles and user activities.

The custom scope brought listings, inquiries, transactions and client handling into one system. Change history and differentiated permissions support the team’s work on shared processes.

What did the implementation deliver?

The company received an application covering properties, inquiries and transactions, together with reporting, permissions and change history. The client portal extended that scope with preliminary-agreement handling and online payments.
