For our client, we have prepared an advanced tool supporting the management of the recruitment process at airports and train stations in Great Britain.
 
The system supports the complex process of verification of the candidate, including analysis of the last 5 years of career. Based on this data and submitted applications, it creates the candidate’s profile. The profile is updated when the candidate sends the application for a new advertisement. The application also assigns a guardian who looks after the candidate during the entire recruitment process.
 
As part of the cooperation, in addition to designing and implementing the system, our task was also to offer server support, as well as support and system maintenance for three years from the implementation of it ( up to November 2017 ). The product was implemented in cooperation with MBT MEDIA.
